Originally from Brockville, Ontario I came to the capital for my education at the University of Ottawa and have fallen so in love with the city that I have never left!
After finding myself in client services for many years (namely, a career in helping others find their dream careers) I decided it was my own turn to pursue my passions further and made the switch to the health and wellness industry several years ago... I haven't looked back since!
With a background in both operations and client services, plus a love for all things wellness, this role was made for me and I am so excited to be here at MOOV.
Outside of work, I like everything outdoors! Catch me on a ski hill, running or walking along the Ottawa River, or on a body of water and I'm in my happy zone!
